Kate Masterson is an artist and teacher from Boise, Idaho.
As a painter, she explores the tactile and emotional qualities of the medium, using practiced movements to evoke a shared cognitive or emotional response. Her work revolves around themes of movement, memory, and the connection between the internal and external worlds, seeking to intuitively capture what words cannot.
